Senior partner of the firm, Allan has a B.Sc. (physics) from UBC and earned his CA designation in 1974. He formed the firm Loewen, Stronach & Co. with Henry Loewen in 1986. His clients are mainly in the Greater Vancouver area providing services including accounting, financial statements, tax and succession planning to professionals and owners of privately held businesses. Allan has two adult children and three grandchildren and enjoys working out and traveling. He is president of the Stronach Family Foundation, a small charitable organization that has helped improve the water collection system, health and education services in a Village in Kenya and it also supports local charities.
